Sobacha

Dattan Sobacha is an elegant, caffeine-free tisane from the mild subarctic climes of Hokkaido, Japan. Premium, lightly roasted buckwheat kernals provide an elegant flavor with notes of toast, umami, and roasted hazelnuts. The Dattan varietal is smaller, slightly sweeter, and much higher concentration of antioxidants. Pairs well with food, or enjoyed on its own hot or iced. A soothing, gluten-free brew perfect for any time of day.

Brewing Guidelines: 1 teaspoon of dry kernals per 8oz boiling water. Steep 3 minutes. Add 3 minutes for additional infusion(s).
